All research, data, and methodology presented on this site are the exclusive property of ALEZOR Research SAS.

  • Subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view the content.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Tiers: Access is granted based on your chosen plan (Free, Weekly Intelligence, or Strategic Edge).
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our research, ALEZOR Research does not typically offer refunds once the content has been accessed.

5. Professional Conduct (CFA Institute Standards)

As a CFA Charterholder, Alejandro Acosta adheres to the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct. We strive for the highest levels of integrity and transparency in our analysis of inconsistencies in financial reporting.

6. Limitation of Liability

ALEZOR Research SAS provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information. Our maximum liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid for your subscription during the previous 12 months.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
